Cashier

Drinks

  • keeps ice cooler filled

Front Help 1

  • writes order and order number on clamshell/boat
  • communicates order to Grill and checks off slip
  • makes sure orders are kept in order
  • maintains a clean working area

Front Help 2

  • takes completed order from grill/fryer
  • calls out order number
  • ensures correct order goes to correct customer
  • makes sure everything on slip goes out together once order is complete
  • throws slip in trash
  • makes coffee
  • maintains a clean working area

Grill critical role

  • cooks’ eggs, hamburgers, bacon
  • assemble breakfast sandwiches and breakfast platters
  • puts together hot dogs, Italian sausage, BBQ sandwiches,
  • lets prep crew know when running low on eggs, cheese, etc.
  • can be fast pace especially during the big shows
  • second grill can be run during extreme busy shows
  • grill 1 and grill 2 will work together to keep orders moving at a steady pace
  • maintains a clean working area

Fryer

  • makes home fries and french fries
  • job can be fast paced especially during busy shows
  • maintains a clean working area

Prep Crew 1-3

  • number of prep crew individuals depends on show
  • heats up biscuits, sausages, sausage gravy, etc.
  • maintains correct food temperature of all prepped items
  • cracks eggs
  • washes dishes
  • maintains a clean working area
