Carlisle’s Keystone Invitational will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Volunteers are needed to help that day at the competition as well as prior to the event.

The Keystone Invitational is Saturday, October 5, 2019. Gates will open at 6 PM with a start time of 7:00 PM. There are many volunteer opportunities that need filled the day of the competition and we need help from all of our band families!

Concessions – Sign Up Here
We need people to staff the home side concession stands, beginning at 5 pm. (We are only having one concession stand open.) We also need four people to come in early (between 3 pm and 4 pm) to open the concession stand, setup, prep food, and turn on the grill and deep fryer.  Contact Hope at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org with any questions.

Please note that you can only gain free admittance to the competition if you are signed up to help during the event. Everyone who is signed up to help during the event will receive wristbands for free entrance to the competition and without a wristband you must pay.
