Congratulations to junior trumpet player Herman Makosky, who represented Carlisle High School in the PMEA Region 5 Band this past weekend at Central York High School!  Herman will also represent Carlisle at PMEA All-State Orchestra on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 10:30 am in Hershey.
