Restaurant Fundraiser – Save the Date

Our next restaurant fundraiser will be at Firehouse Subs in Carlisle on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 4 PM – 8 PM. Money earned at this fundraiser will be used to support our indoor programs – Indoor Color Guard and Indoor Percussion. All band families are encouraged to support these groups, as they are an important and meaningful part of our band program! For more information visit our Firehouse Subs fundraising page.

Just a note that our Hoss’s restaurant fundraiser will take place in January. More information will be made available in December.

Cookies and Cocoa Reception

The boosters would like to invite our band students, band families, staff, and alumni to a Cookies and Cocoa Reception following the Carlisle Christmas Parade on Friday, December 6, 2019. The parade begins at 7 PM and the reception will be held in the St. John’s Episcopal Church directly after the parade.

Please enter through the side ally kitchen door off High Street. High Street Side entrance will be open for families to gather after parade.

We need parents to sign up to donate cookies, salty snacks, dessert plates, and also to help with setup and cleanup. Sign Up Here. Hot Chocolate will he provided, courtesy of the Band Boosters. Thank you for contributing!

Indoor Percussion Meeting

For anyone interested in participating in Indoor Percussion this year, there will be a student only meeting on Thursday, November 15th after parade practice. (Parade practice is scheduled to end at 8:15 PM.) If you are interested in participating in indoor percussion and have not talked to Dustin, please contact him at percussiondirector@carlislehighschoolband.org prior to Thursday. Also, anyone who can’t be at the meeting on Thursday should also contact Dustin to arrange for uniform sizing.

Fall Music Department Concert

The Carlisle High School Music Department would like to invite you to their upcoming free concert on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. The concert begins at 7 PM in the Barr Auditorium and features Concert Band and Symphonic Band as well as the choir ensembles and orchestra. Please plan on attending this musical event in support of our band students and the music programs at Carlisle High School!
