Next week, on Monday, April 8, 2019, the Carlisle High School Band is having our next restaurant fundraiser to help earn money to replace our aging appliances at the Carlisle Fairgrounds concession stand! You can eat at the Carlisle Chipotle from 4 PM to 8 PM or get dessert at the SweetFrog in Carlisle from 1 PM to 9 PM. Bring a Chipotle or SweetFrog flyer to let them know you are supporting the Carlisle High School Band!

Car show concessions generate our largest source of income and are a crucial part of supporting our marching band and music programs! Our first car show, Spring Carlisle, is April 24-28, 2019. No experience is needed for many jobs, and everyone who works earns money into a student account to help offset the cost of the band trip (and this is a TRIP YEAR)! This is a really busy show, so please help out and sign up for a shift or two.
Help is also needed cleaning our freezers on March 30, cleaning our concession stand on April 7, and doing pre-car show prep on April 22.
This is the last week to participate in the popcorn fundraiser! Orders and money must be turned in by Thursday, February 28, 2019. You can turn in your order/money at indoor guard or indoor percussion rehearsal on Thursday or you can place it in the box on the door of the drum major’s office. For those who participated in the Butter Braid Fundraiser, the pickup day has officially been rescheduled due to weather to Wednesday, February 13, 2019 after school in the band room. On February 13, 2019 the band will have not one but two restaurant fundraisers! You have your choice of eating at either Panera Bread or SweetFrog, or BOTH. For more information click here. Money earned will go towards our indoor guard and indoor percussion ensembles. Bring flyers with you when you come and support our band programs!
Just a final reminder that the Butter Braid Fundraiser ends this Thursday, January 31. 2019! Please turn in order forms and money at the indoor rehearsals Thursday evening or at the high school in the box on the drum major’s door. Make sure the student name is on the order form and a contact phone number or email address.
