Parade Pictures
Disney professional pictures are available from today’s parade! You can go to https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/ and create an account. Then you must use the information from the image to view the Carlisle pictures.
Truck Departure Update
Just a quick note for everybody that the truck will be leaving quite early tomorrow morning rather than mid-morning. Any larger instruments remaining to be transported will be placed in the lower cargo compartment of the motor coach.
Also, everybody is reminded to have their forms completed upon arrival at check-in tomorrow (with ALL SIGNATURES) 12:00–12:30PM.

Band Trip – Seats Available
There are seats left on the coach and any band parent is welcome to go with the band to Florida! Specific information can be found on the band trip page, in the Members Only section. Click here to go to that page. Please contact Mr. Mikesell at your earliest convenience, if you would like to ride the Coach to Florida. If you would like him to purchase a Disney ticket for you, he must know by 10AM Monday morning.

Board Positions Available
There are open board positions available for the 2016-2017 band season. The Executive Officers are elected at the spring band banquet and serve one-year terms; committee chairs and class representatives are appointed by the booster President. The positions that need filled for the 2016-2017 school year are: president, purchasing, and volunteer coordinator. If you are interested in one of these, or in helping on any other committee, please contact Jamie Cornali at president@carlislehighschoolband.org.
Band Trip Meeting
Parents and students are invited to to attend an Orlando Trip meeting this coming Wednesday, December 16, in McGowan Auditorium at 8PM.
All information that is addressed at the meeting will be available online immediately following the meeting if not sooner on our Orlando band trip page. Click here to view the page. Trip related forms and information will be available there as it is received.
There may be availability for parents and students to view the meeting via online streaming or even to watch video later in the event that they are unable to attend the live session. A link will be posted if this ends up happening.
The following (and more) will be addressed in the meeting:
- Detailed itinerary, phone numbers, addresses, etc.
- Trip inclusions and money to bring along
- What to pack for the trip (and some things to leave at home)
- Emergency contact information
- Specific details with regard to the parade performance
- Specific instructions for students with regard to uniform care, preparation and transit
- Behavior expectations for students
- Bus sign-up information
- Rehearsal info for trip
- Other information as requested (please email Mr. Mikesell at mikesellb@carlisleschools.org with any additional topics you would like to be sure to have addressed at the trip meeting .)
- If all of our trip chaperones are able to attend, we will meet briefly following the trip meeting

Indoor Percussion, First Meeting
The first meeting/rehearsal for indoor percussion will be held on Tuesday, December 8th, from 6-9pm in the band room at the high school. This is an informational meeting, open to anyone who is interested in finding out more about indoor percussion and learning more about the show. Click here to signup, to indicate interest. Cheesecakes
If you couldn’t resist temptation and “gobbled” down your Thanksgiving cheesecake or if you’re looking for that special housewarming or holiday gift, we still have 2 plain, 2 sampler, 1 cherry and 1 pumpkin cheesecake available, while quantities last.
All cheesecakes cost $27 except for the samplers which cost $30.
