Car show passes for the import car show can be picked up Thursday, May 13th between 6 PM and 8 PM at the car show concession stand. In addition there are many openings available for volunteers to help with the concession stand for this show.

We need volunteers. There are still openings for every timeslot, include prep prior to the show. All help is greatly appreciated, and everyone who helps earns credit into a student account!

Below, you will find the link to access Monday evening’s 5/3/21 webinar CHS Band Awards Ceremony.  The ceremony begins at 6:30PM.

Senior band members and their parents should report to the Bison statue in the front lawn between 5:50 and 6:05PM to have their photo taken.  Following the photos, seniors and parents, please plan to join us in the Barr Auditorium for the awards ceremony.  Any senior who is unable to attend in-person on Monday evening should make arrangements with Mr. Mikesell to have their photo taken at another time.

We will be announcing the winners of a few senior awards, recognizing our most improved musicians from concert and symphonic bands and hearing from our CHS Band Distinguished Alumnus award recipients – Dyane Jordan Wright ‘70, and Perry Heath ‘71.

The event will feature a student performance from one of our graduating seniors.  The awards ceremony will be recorded and available for later viewing by anyone who is unable to attend virtually on Monday evening.
