Summerfair Fundraiser
Help us kick off summer while supporting the Green Machine at our food booth at the Carlisle Summerfair Opening Ceremonies on Friday, June 26th, at 6:30 on Dickinson College’s Rush Campus. Our dinner plate features BBQ Pork sandwiches smoked by our own Nat Sheffer!
All profits from this sale go to help defray Orlando trip expenses. Help us make this another success.

GM Car Show
URGENT HELP NEEDED: Please consider helping for our next car show on Friday, June 26-Sunday 28th. Summer time has travel plans and many other activities and I know families are busy. Please consider finding four hours to help make a difference in our music program. Remember the money raised through the concessions is a primary source of fundraising to help support our band and music programs. We need everyone’s help to ensure that we can continue to provide instruments, transportations, uniforms, and all the necessities for our children’s music goals. This is our trip year and a great way to help offset the cost of our trip and put money in your student’s account toward the trip or other needed band related expenses. Please see the list below for where you can help this weekend and contact Lisa Burley at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org or go to the link included to sign up. I will be at band practice Tuesday, June 23rd between 5:45pm and 6:15 pm to pass out the free parking and entrance passes. Please see me then or contact me to make arrangements to get your passes.

Fundraising
It’s a trip year! To help with the cost of the trip, there are many new opportunities available this summer to raise money!
From June 14 through July 12, band and community members may order a flock of flamingos to appear on a friend’s yard for 24 hours. Click here to visit the Flamingo Flocking page for more information.

And as always, help is needed at the car shows, which earns money to a designated student account for every shift worked. Click here for the list of remaining car shows.

Next Car Show
REMINDER: Our next car show is Friday, June 5th-June 7th and we are still in need of A LOT of help on each day. With this being graduation weekend, please help by taking a shift or two since many will be enjoying celebrations this weekend. Parking passes and entrances passes will be provided for free entrance. Anyone 13 or older can volunteer to help in the concession stand and 100% of the money raised goes right back to our music program and the needs of your student.
