Performance and Style Car Show
The next car show is already here! This Friday, July 17th is the Performance and Style show. We are in URGENT need of help on Friday from 11am-4pm and Sunday 10am-2pm. There are several spots available for all shifts but those two are in major need of help. Please consider taking a few hours this weekend to help. Chrysler Car Show
URGENT HELP NEEDED: I know many may be tired of seeing yet another car show email. However, this is the primary income source for our operating expenses. We are in desperate need for someone able to work the grill at both the 6am-11am and 11am-4pm time slots for this Friday and some shifts on Saturday. There are a several positions needed throughout the weekend as well. Without someone willing to work the grill we will not be able to open our stand and when we are short staff things do not run as smoothly. PLEASE take some time to help your band raise the money needed to achieve the best band program for all students. Summerfair Fundraiser
Help us kick off summer while supporting the Green Machine at our food booth at the Carlisle Summerfair Opening Ceremonies on Friday, June 26th, at 6:30 on Dickinson College’s Rush Campus. Our dinner plate features BBQ Pork sandwiches smoked by our own Nat Sheffer!
All profits from this sale go to help defray Orlando trip expenses. Help us make this another success.

It’s a trip year! To help with the cost of the trip, there are many new opportunities available this summer to raise money!
From June 14 through July 12, band and community members may order a flock of flamingos to appear on a friend’s yard for 24 hours. Click here to visit the Flamingo Flocking page for more information.
Meadows card can also be sold throughout the summer. For more information, click here.
And as always, help is needed at the car shows, which earns money to a designated student account for every shift worked. Click here for the list of remaining car shows.
