Congratulations to Carlisle on placing first in the Liberty Division at the Nazareth Band Competition. Carlisle scored 89.0 and also won high auxiliary and high percussion in their division. Way to go Carlisle!

Nazareth High School Band Competition
The competition today at Nazareth High School is still on and will be outside. Two bands have been added to the schedule. For schedule information (which will be updated when available) click here.

Fall Band Banquet
The Fall Band Banquet will be held on Monday, November 12 at 6 PM in the McGowan Cafeteria. This is an informal banquet for all marching band students and their parents, to celebrate the end of an amazing season. Click here for more information and to sign up. We ask that everyone sign up to bring something and also that EVERYONE bring their own plates/napkins/utensils/cups.

Pellman Dessert Fundraiser
Just a reminder that order forms and money are due this Friday, October 26, 2018 for the Pellman Dessert Fundraiser. Checks should be made payable to the CHS Band Boosters. The Fundraising Committee members will be available to collect order forms and money on Thursday, before and after rehearsal and Friday, before and after the game. Nazareth Band Competition and Championships
Carlisle’s next band competition is Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Nazareth High School with a performance time of 6:30 PM. Directions, ticket information, and the schedule can all be found on the 2018 Competition page.
If you are interested in attending the Cavalcade of Bands Championships, ticket and spectator information is available. Carlisle will be performing on Saturday, November 10th at Allentown, probably in the open class which starts around 5 PM. The official detailed schedule will be posted on November 5th. Trunk or Treat
October 30th is the second annual Trunk or Treat night for the band! Candy will be passed out at the end of practice to the students and staff as they walk back from the field. Parents may decorate their cars or even dress in costume. Cars should be parked along the road by the band room no later than 8:45 PM. There are 69 kids in the band plus staff, and parents are responsible for providing their own candy. We ask that parents stay until the very end to make sure that all of the kids have received candy. Congratulations Carlisle!
Carlisle competed tonight at Wilson High School and came in First in the Liberty division with a score of 86.55! They also won the High Auxiliary and High Percussion awards for the Liberty division. Way to go Carlisle – you were awesome! For scores and recaps visit our 2018 Competition page.

Last Football Game
October 26 is our last home football game for this season and we need help in the concession stands! We need extra help on the home side due to having our middle school band kids there, as well as it being senior night for football players and cheerleaders.
