We are still in need of help for Friday night’s football concession stands. The Altoona band is coming and we need help to feed them. PLEASE sign up to help.

Car show prep is this this Saturday at 8 AM and Monday at 6 PM. Please come out to the car show concession stand and help crack eggs and make bacon!

Car show starts next Wednesday and goes until Sunday. Students may help Saturday, October 6, but only during the first shift until 10 am, due to rehearsal and the Keystone Invitational. Sign up here!

Help is needed for our Keystone Invitational, especially in the concession stand. We need everyone helping to make our competition a success! Click here for signups for concessions, food donations, and other volunteer opportunities.

Finally, if you are a parent of a senior, PLEASE let Mr. Mikesell know if you are attending senior night by Wednesday via a REMIND text.  This way your name can be added to the list to gain free entrance to the football game.

Keystone Invitational Update

The Keystone Invitational is two weeks away! We are in need of volunteers to help with concessions, parking, setup and cleanup. This competition is a time for all of our band families to pitch in and help, so please sign up to help!  We also need donations for our baked goods table as well as for the hospitality tent for directors and judges. Concessions Updates

There is a lot going on with concessions in the next few week, so please check out our signups and volunteer to help raise money for the band!

It’s another home game on Friday, and we still need 2 key positions filled for the football concession stands. We also need help feeding the bands at halftime. Plus there is another home game next week with many open spots at the concession stands. View Football Concessions Signups

The Fall Car Show is just under 2 weeks away. We will be cooking bacon next Saturday morning, September 29 at 8 am. Then on Monday, October 1 we will be cracking eggs and prepping at 6 pm. The Fall Car Show starts on Wednesday, October 3 and runs until Sunday, October 7. View Fall Car Show Signup Here

On Saturday, October 6 we will be closing early at the car show at 4 pm to start preparing for the Keystone Invitational. Lots of volunteers are still needed to help make this a success. View Keystone Concessions Signups

Football Game Concessions

Our next home football game is this Friday, September 21, and we still need lots of help in our concession stands. Concessions brings in a lot of money for the band, so please consider helping with concessions to support our band students and the band program! View signups and more information here. Remember you must sign up to help by 2 PM on Friday to be put on a list to gain free entrance to the game.
