Keystone Update
IMPORTANT KEYSTONE INFORMATION – VOLUNTEER TEE SHIRT REQUEST DEADLINE IS TUESDAY SEPT 15 FOR ADULTS AND CHS BAND STUDENTS
The 35th Keystone Invitational Marching Band Festival will be Saturday October 24, 2015 at 6:00pm.
To Volunteer:
Step 1: Adults sign up online: https://www.timetosignup.com/keystonefestival/sheet/42535
CHS Band Student sign up online: https://www.timetosignup.com/keystonefestival/form/6759
Step 2: Adults – email rachelmhoch@yahoo.com with your tee shirt size by Sept 15 for a free shirt – or wear a black tee shirt on the night of the festival (students have a place to note their shirt size on their registration).
Step 3: Mark your calendar and please report on time! If you are not given other instructions by a coordinator, please meet at the Band Barn.

Football Concessions
THANK YOU to the people that have signed up already to volunteer in our football concession stand this Friday, September 11th. We are in need of a total of approximately 20 volunteers to run both stands effectively. If we do not have enough volunteers we will NOT open the visitor side. Please consider signing up for either home side or visitor this Friday. We need volunteers to help feed the band students and all the students/families that come to support our band, football team, and cheerleaders. This again is another major funding source for our music and band program. Any volunteer that has signed up will be provided free entrance into the game. Sub Sale Fundraiser
+++ Sub Sales End Tomorrow – Tuesday September 8th. +++
Orders may be placed in the Band Box on the Drum Majors’ door OR give them to Dawn Murray tomorrow at the end of practice.
Please put orders and checks in an envelope and write “sub sales” on it if you are putting them into the Band Box.
Band Booster Meeting
There will be a band booster meeting tonight, September 8, at 6 PM in the band area. Everyone is welcome to attend! Hope to see you there!
