Football Concessions – Help Wanted
THANK YOU to our three people that have signed up already to volunteer in our football concession stand this Friday, September 4th for our first home game. We are in need of a total of approximately 20 volunteers to run both stands effectively. If we do not have enough volunteers we will NOT open the visitor side. Please consider signing up for either home side or visitor this Friday. We need volunteers to help feed the band students and all the students/families that come to support our band, football team, and cheerleaders. This again is another major funding source for our music and band program. Any volunteer that has signed up will be provided free entrance into the game. Corvette Show – Help Needed
URGENT HELP NEEDED on all shifts: Please consider helping for one car show shift during your busy schedules. Now that school has started and band practice is in full swing most shifts cannot be filled by the students so we need A LOT of adult help. If we have to close down the concession stand this weekend that is a huge loss of much needed funds for our band/music program. Please find four hours to help. Remember the money raised through the concession is a primary source of fundraising to help support our band and music programs. Please see the list below for where you can help this weekend and contact Lisa Burley at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org to receive free parking and entrance passes.
Keystone Invitational Program Ad Sales Campaign
Starting now, students can earn money towards their band trip through the Program Ad Sales Campaign. Business Advertisements can be sold to local businesses, and students can sell Line Listings to friends and families. Click here for more information.
Kool Pops
There are remaining Kool Pops, so we plan to pass them out until they are gone! More signup slots have been added, and will be updated until the Kool Pops supply has been diminished, or until the weather gets too cold! If you haven’t had the opportunity to help, it’s an easy way to volunteer, and a great way to get to know the amazing students in the band! Please consider helping!

Practice Tonight – Thursday, August 20
Tonight’s rehearsal will begin an hour later because of the weather. All students should report to the band room at 5 pm.
The march-off originally scheduled for tonight has been cancelled.
Carlisle High School Band
