Carlisle High School Band and Color Guard are selling Gourmet Popcorn of Carlisle. Time is running out though. All order forms and money are due by Thursday, September 26th.
Delivery is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8th 2019 after school.

- Want to get into competitions to see and hear the bands for free? Volunteers are needed to help assemble bird cages at each competition. Please sign-up here to let us know we can count on YOU!
- We need Trophy Sponsors for our home band competition on Saturday, October 5. Here is the sponsorship paperwork. The sponsor form needs to be handed to Mr. Mikesell directly with a check for $50 made payable to CHS Band Boosters. (First-come, first-served basis)

We need your help at the Football Game and Corvette Car Show this week!
This week is our first home football game against Mechanicsburg. Along with the Corvette Car Show that runs Thursday thru Sunday. We need volunteers to run the concession stands at both locations.

Football Concession Stand Cleaning
It is that time of year again, Ready For Some Football. We need people to come out and help clean out the concession stands. Any time you have available to help would be greatly appreciated.
Remember Band students are welcomed and encouraged to come out and help as well.
We need a pressure washer with hoses to help clean these concession stands. Please email concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org to let us know if you would be able to supply a this for our cleaning.

Band camp is just around the corner!

We need your help this week at the car show! The most “in-need” shifts are currently Saturday 2-6PM and Sunday 6-10AM. Please help with this if you can!
We are asking each parent to register for at least one shift in 3 different car shows for the season. We have a lot of fun working together to support our band program.

2019 Show Reveal Slated for Monday 5/20/19 at 5:30PM in the HS Band room. Students please join us if you can. If unable to attend, that’s OK! We’ll be posting more information online at this address:

Our marching band parent meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4 at 6:15PM in the HS Band Room. All parents are invited to attend this informational meeting where Mr. Mikesell will talk about the season schedule and all the kinds of things parents want to know about.
