On Friday, the Big Green machine will travel to Northeastern HS to perform the halftime show at the football game. Students should arrive to the school wearing their summer uniform, ready to leave by the 4:30 PM departure time. Any questions contact Mr. Mikesell.

Truck Crew
A special thanks to everyone who helped with truck crew for the Mechanicsburg game. To those who loaded trucks on Thursday, and to those who helped Friday, your help is very much appreciated! We need more help for the game this week at Northeastern HS; we currently do not have enough help to support the students and equipment. Friends Helping Friends
Carlisle High School Marching Band is teaming up with Friends Helping Friends to sell shopping passes to Boscov’s one day only sales event on October 16, 2018. Students will have the opportunity to sign out packs of shopping passes to sell for $5 each, earning the band $5 per shopping pass sold! Truck Crew Help Needed
The truck crew is looking for help for the current season! We need help with props and loading and unloading trucks for football games, competitions and for parades. Contact Tim McCreary at projects@carlislehighschoolband.org if you have any questions, or to let him know if you are interested and when you are available to help. First Football Game Performance
Come out and watch the Big Green Machine in their first football game performance this year! The band will perform the pregame show at approximately 6:30 PM on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Park in Mechanicsburg, PA. View the Google Map.
Band Booster General Membership Meeting
There will be a band booster general membership meeting on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 6 PM in the band area. All band parents are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting.
Food Prep
Volunteers are needed on Tuesday, August 21 at 6 PM at the fairgrounds to prep food for the Corvette Show. If you need car show passes, you can also pick them up at the fairgrounds on Tuesday. Any questions, contact Hope at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org.
