Truck Crew
A special thanks to everyone who helped with truck crew for the Mechanicsburg game. To those who loaded trucks on Thursday, and to those who helped Friday, your help is very much appreciated! We need more help for the game this week at Northeastern HS; we currently do not have enough help to support the students and equipment. Truck Crew Help Needed
The truck crew is looking for help for the current season! We need help with props and loading and unloading trucks for football games, competitions and for parades. Food Prep
Volunteers are needed on Tuesday, August 21 at 6 PM at the fairgrounds to prep food for the Corvette Show. If you need car show passes, you can also pick them up at the fairgrounds on Tuesday. Any questions, contact Hope at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org.

We will be prepping for the car show on Tuesday, August 21 at 6 pm at the fairgrounds.
Passes can be picked up at the following times:
- Tuesday, August 14, 6 pm at the booster meeting
- Thursday, August 16, 7:45 pm at the 2018 CHS Marching Band Preview
- Saturday, August 18, 8 am at the visitor side football concession cleaning
- Tuesday, August 21, 6 pm at the fairgrounds for food prep

The band is looking for chaperones to help at all of our home and away football games, as well as at parades and competitions. All chaperones must have clearances on file with the school district prior to helping. This is a great opportunity to really get to know the students and staff, so please consider signing up to help. Football Concessions Cleaning
Football season is almost here! We are cleaning the home side concession stand tomorrow, Saturday, August 11 starting at 8 am, and the visitor side on Saturday, August 18. The more people that come out and help, the faster we get the concession stands cleaned. Don’t forget that you earn money into your student’s account for cleaning concessions as well as working football concessions!
