We NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR THE FAIRGROUNDS on Saturday during the 11 am – 4 pm shift. This is a VERY BUSY time at the concession stand and we don’t want to have to close in the middle of the lunch rush and lose money! We need front counter people and a cashier. If you are available at all on Saturday, we ask that you please consider signing up to help at the car show. We are in desperate need of help for both Saturday shifts! Students can also help during the first shift as practice is not starting until noon. Sign Up Here
If you are not able to help at the car show Saturday (this is our first priority) we are going to be starting with setup at noon for anyone who can come out and help. If you are helping during the band competition, you can park in the grass area along the road behind the home side concession stand. You will need to enter through the main ticket booth, as the gate near the concession stand will be locked. Make sure you have your wristband. (They can be picked up Thursday before or after practice.)
There is a lot going on with concession this week and we still need help for all of it! We are:
Car show passes will be available on Monday during prep, on Tuesday before and after rehearsal, and Thursday before and after rehearsal. All passes must be turned in when finished with them. If you have any questions, contact Hope at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org.
We are still in need of help for Friday night’s football concession stands. The Altoona band is coming and we need help to feed them. PLEASE sign up to help.
Car show prep is this this Saturday at 8 AM and Monday at 6 PM. Please come out to the car show concession stand and help crack eggs and make bacon!
Car show starts next Wednesday and goes until Sunday. Students may help Saturday, October 6, but only during the first shift until 10 am, due to rehearsal and the Keystone Invitational. Sign up here!

Our next home game is this Friday, and once again we need parents to sign up to help with concessions. The Keystone Invitational is two weeks away! We are in need of volunteers to 
help with concessions, parking, setup and cleanup. This competition is a time for all of our band families to pitch in and help, so please sign up to help! We also need donations for our baked goods table as well as for the hospitality tent for directors and judges. Our next home football game is this Friday, September 21, and we still need lots of help in our concession stands. Concessions brings in a lot of money for the band, so please consider helping with concessions to support our band students and the band program! View signups and more information here. This Friday Carlisle travels to State College and truck crew help is needed! Help is also needed Thursday night at the end of rehearsal to load trucks.
For anyone interested in following the buses and equipment trucks we are planning on leaving around 3:30 PM on Friday. The lay of the land at State College requires extra help to get pit equipment up and down a very steep hill. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help. Our band students NEED YOUR HELP! Friday is the first football game of the season and we are in desperate need of help. We currently do not have enough people to even staff one concession stand.
