Tickets to the 2018 Keystone Invitational Marching Band Festival are now available for purchase online. Carlisle High School’s band competition will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 starting at 7 PM, with the gates opening at 6 PM. Purchase tickets now for a magical night of music and marching! Coming up next week is our first home game of the season! We need lots of help at the football concessions to feed the fans and our hungry band students. Please consider helping while also earning $5 into your student’s account.
You must sign up prior to 2 PM on Friday if you want to come out and help at the concession stand. Otherwise your name will not go on the list and you will not gain free admission to the game.
We need help building lots of trees so the band can get “Lost in the Woods”! Come to the band barn by the football stadium on Saturday, September 1, at 9 am and help us build our trees. If you have any questions please contact Tim at projects@carlislehighschoolband.org.
On Friday, the Big Green machine will travel to Northeastern HS to perform the halftime show at the football game. Students should arrive to the school wearing their summer uniform, ready to leave by the 4:30 PM departure time. Any questions contact Mr. Mikesell.

We need more help for the game this week at Northeastern HS; we currently do not have enough help to support the students and equipment. Carlisle High School Marching Band is teaming up with Friends Helping Friends to sell shopping passes to Boscov’s one day only sales event on October 16, 2018. Students will have the opportunity to sign out packs of shopping passes to sell for $5 each, earning the band $5 per shopping pass sold! The truck crew is looking for help for the current season! We need help with props and loading and unloading trucks for football games, competitions and for parades.
