Congrats to the Carlisle Color Guard for their 2nd place finish in the Regional Chapter Championship with a score of 85.71, the highest score ever for Carlisle! Next week the indoor color guard goes off to the Atlantic Coast Championship in Wildwood NJ. Good luck girls, you are all awesome!
We would like to invite you to the last band concert of the school year on Thursday, May 3, 2018. This concert features both Concert Band and Symphonic Band and will be held at 7:30 PM in the Barr Auditorium. Come out for a wonderful evening of music and support our band students and the music program!
The indoor color guard competed Saturday at Salisbury HS and came in 2nd place with a score of 81.39! Way to go Carlisle!
Next weekend the indoor color guard will compete at Lower Dauphin HS in the Regional Championships.

Congratulations to all the band members involved in the CHS Shakespeare Troupe’s production of Merry Wives of Windsor! The show was amazing and everyone did a great job! For those who didn’t get to see it last night, there are shows tonight and Saturday in the Swartz auditorium, with the pre-show starting at 7:15 PM and the main show starting at 7:30 PM. Come out and support our very talented band students and the rest of the cast of Merry Wives!
The Spring Car Show starts tomorrow – April 18 and runs through Sunday, April 22, and we NEED YOUR HELP! This is a huge car show and a big fundraiser, so come out and support the band. Signup to help.

The spring car show, which runs April 18-22, is quickly approaching and there are still spots left to fill! This is a very busy car show and a huge fundraiser for the band, so please volunteer to help. No experience is needed, and everyone who works earns money for their student’s trip account. Signup to help.

The band booster meeting originally scheduled for tonight (April 10) has been rescheduled! The meeting will now be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 6 PM. The meeting is held in the Spanish room by the band entrance and is open to everyone. Hope to see you there!
Come out on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 for an evening of jazz! The annual Carlisle Jazz Festival will be held from 7 PM – 9 PM in the Barr Auditorium, and features Galaxies, Sunrise, as well as the Carlisle Middle School Jazz Band. This is a free concert so invite your friends and family, and show support to our talented band students!
