Our trip to Williamsburg, VA will involve all of our Concert, Symphonic and Marching Band students, Indoor Percussion and Indoor Color Guard programs. We hope that everyone is able to join us on the trip.
Williamsburg Trip Intent forms are due today (November 1). Please also let Mr. Mikesell know if you plan not to participate in the trip to Williamsburg. Here are links to the draft itinerary for the trip as well as the trip intent form that is due today.

Time to line up is 8:45 pm along the access road behind the band room. Feel free to decorate your trunk and yourselves if you so choose. Please plan to stay until all the band students have a chance to come through the line of cars. The pit musicians have to put their instruments away at the barn and often are later than the rest of the band.
Your band student will need a bag to hold their collection of candy and treats as well!
Everyone is welcome and this event is a favorite of the students each year! We hope to see you there!
Just a reminder that our fall band banquet is Tuesday, November 12 at 6 PM in the McGowan cafeteria! This is for current marching band students and their parents. On Saturday, October 19, 2019, the Carlisle High School Band is having our next fundraiser to help raise money to benefit the Concession Stand Fund for maintenance and repairs! You can get desserts at the Carlisle Meadows from 5 PM to 10 PM.

This week is our Last Home Football game for the 2019 season. In addition to also being the Homecoming game. We are still in need of help in concessions for Friday’s game. Please see the sign-up for available slots!

Oh My the weekend that everyone has been talking about since Band Camp is finally upon us. We have three major events ( Fall Car Show, Home Football Game / Senior Night, and Keystone Competition) this week which means we have lots of Volunteer opportunities for everyone. It’s crucial to the success of the concession stands that every parent signs up for a shift or two. Links for all signups are below.

Fall Car Show is the second biggest show and the last one for this year. John Gross will be delivering to the Fairgrounds on Monday September 30. Then at 6pm on Monday September 30 we will be prepping. Show starts on Wednesday October 2 and runs to Sunday October 6.

October 4 Home Football Game is Senior night we need parents of students in grades 7th-11th to work in the concession stands so Senior Parents can be in the stands with the band.

October 5 Keystone is our time to shine. Yes we will be running concessions out at the Fairgrounds from 6am-2pm then closing there and start prepping at the football stadium on the home side. If you are not helping in the other areas of Keystone then you’re needed in the concession stand.
