The 2019 Spring Band Banquet will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 6 PM at the Comfort Suites in downtown Carlisle. This annual banquet honors our graduating seniors and recognizes the dedication and hard work all students have shown throughout the school year. At this banquet we also present the Carlisle High School Band Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Congratulations Indoor Percussion
Congratulations to our Indoor Percussion on a 1st place win at KIDA Championships yesterday! They scored 86.850 to beat 8 other schools in the Blue Scholastic Class. Way to to go CHS Percussion!
Chipotle and SweetFrog Fundraiser
Next week, on Monday, April 8, 2019, the Carlisle High School Band is having our next restaurant fundraiser to help earn money to replace our aging appliances at the Carlisle Fairgrounds concession stand! You can eat at the Carlisle Chipotle from 4 PM to 8 PM or get dessert at the SweetFrog in Carlisle from 1 PM to 9 PM. Bring a Chipotle or SweetFrog flyer to let them know you are supporting the Carlisle High School Band!
Indoor Color Guard
Congratulations to our Indoor Color Guard on their first place win yesterday with a score of 76.89! Results can be found on the 2019 Indoor Color Guard Competition page. Way to go Guard!

Carlisle Indoor Percussion
Carlisle Percussion is hosting a Family & Friends Performance of their 2019 show “Misfit” this Saturday in preparation for KIDA Championships on Sunday. The show is at Wilson Middle School beginning at 2 PM on March 30, 2019, and is open to anyone who wants to come out and support our amazing percussion students!

Car Show Concession Cleaning
Just a reminder that we need to spring clean our car show concession stand! Help is needed to clean out the freezers this Saturday, March 30, 2019 beginning at 8 AM. The remainder of the concession stand will be cleaned on Sunday, April 7, 2019 starting at 1 PM, and we are in need of several pressure washers with hoses on this cleaning date. Congratulations to the CHS Indoor Percussion as they placed first in the Blue Scholastic Division! They also received their highest score of 81.850. Way to go Carlisle Percussion!

Restaurant Fundraisers
The band is having another restaurant night to bring in money to help replace our aging appliances at our Carlisle Fairgrounds concession stand! Come out on Monday, April 8 to eat at the Chipotle in Carlisle between 4 PM and 8 PM and get dessert at the Carlisle SweetFrog anytime between 1 PM and 9 PM! Car Show Season Starts Soon!
Car show concessions generate our largest source of income and are a crucial part of supporting our marching band and music programs! Our first car show, Spring Carlisle, is April 24-28, 2019. No experience is needed for many jobs, and everyone who works earns money into a student account to help offset the cost of the band trip (and this is a TRIP YEAR)! This is a really busy show, so please help out and sign up for a shift or two.
Help is also needed cleaning our freezers on March 30, cleaning our concession stand on April 7, and doing pre-car show prep on April 22.
