Food Donations
We need donations for the baked goods table as well as for hospitality. Please consider signing up to donate an item or two. View signups here. Questions about baked goods can be sent to Tammy Frutsche at candygrams@carlislehighschoolband.org. Questions about hospitality donations can be sent to Maria Holsberger at hospitality@carlislehighschoolband.org.

Volunteer Opportunities
We still have many open positions for the concession stand and a few spots open to help with parking. View volunteer opportunities here. Please note that you can only gain free admittance to the competition if you are signed up to help. Everyone who is signed up to help will receive wristbands for free entrance to the competition and without a wristband you must pay. There are a few job positions that are not on the signups, and in those cases you must notify Heather for approval and to be put on the list of volunteers. Questions about this can be sent to Heather at keystone@carlislehighschoolband.org.

Tickets
Tickets are now available for purchase online. View ticket information here.

Truck Crew Help Needed

This Friday Carlisle travels to State College and truck crew help is needed! Help is also needed Thursday night at the end of rehearsal to load trucks.

For anyone interested in following the buses and equipment trucks we are planning on leaving around 3:30 PM on Friday. The lay of the land at State College requires extra help to get pit equipment up and down a very steep hill. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help. Contact Tim at projects@carlislehighschoolband or 717-512-6988 if you have any questions.

Weekend Updates

Friday night is our first home game of the season. Students need to report by 4:30 PM to the band area. Because of the uncertain weather forecast students need to bring both their summer uniform as well as be prepared to wear the normal uniform.

Saturday practice is from 10 AM – 4 PM. Students need to bring a lunch.

Football Game Concessions

Coming up next week is our first home game of the season! We need lots of help at the football concessions to feed the fans and our hungry band students. Please consider helping while also earning $5 into your student’s account.

You must sign up prior to 2 PM on Friday if you want to come out and help at the concession stand. Otherwise your name will not go on the list and you will not gain free admission to the game.
