We will be conducting a Yankee Candle Fundraiser with ONLINE-ONLY sales. More details to follow. This one’s easy “band money” for student accounts. Links and directions will be provided by mid-November.
Spring Band trip forms are due today!
Our trip to Williamsburg, VA will involve all of our Concert, Symphonic and Marching Band students, Indoor Percussion and Indoor Color Guard programs. We hope that everyone is able to join us on the trip.
Williamsburg Trip Intent forms are due today (November 1). Please also let Mr. Mikesell know if you plan not to participate in the trip to Williamsburg. Here are links to the draft itinerary for the trip as well as the trip intent form that is due today.

Time to line up is 8:45 pm along the access road behind the band room. Feel free to decorate your trunk and yourselves if you so choose. Please plan to stay until all the band students have a chance to come through the line of cars. The pit musicians have to put their instruments away at the barn and often are later than the rest of the band.
Your band student will need a bag to hold their collection of candy and treats as well!
Everyone is welcome and this event is a favorite of the students each year! We hope to see you there!
2019 Fall Band Banquet
Just a reminder that our fall band banquet is Tuesday, November 12 at 6 PM in the McGowan cafeteria! This is for current marching band students and their parents. Please sign up to bring something and don’t forget to bring your own plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. Click here for more information and for signups.
Saturday Ice Cream Fundraiser
On Saturday, October 19, 2019, the Carlisle High School Band is having our next fundraiser to help raise money to benefit the Concession Stand Fund for maintenance and repairs! You can get desserts at the Carlisle Meadows from 5 PM to 10 PM.

Help Needed This Week!
This week is our Last Home Football game for the 2019 season. In addition to also being the Homecoming game. We are still in need of help in concessions for Friday’s game. Please see the sign-up for available slots!
We also have eggs for sale! Please email Hope at concessions@carlislehighschoolband.org to arrange pickup. Eggs are $1 per dozen – you must provide your own container.
2019-2020 Distinguished Alumnus Award Recipient
The Carlisle High School Band would like to announce that the Distinguished Alumnus Award Recipient for this year is Mr. Perry P. Heath. Congratulations to such a deserving and talented musician!

Saturday Snack Donations
Saturday is shaping up to be a LONG one for the students – with a full practice & an away competition. Specific details will come out from Mr. Mikesell, but plan on sending your child with LUNCH and we are putting together a “snack station’ for the band and guard to create to-go bags for the competition. Due to the timing particulars, eating at the competition will not be an option.
